A bstract We study the properties of quarkonia inside a bulk-viscous quark gluon plasma. The non-equilibrium nature medium is encoded in deformed distribution functions thermal quarks and gluons, with which we compute dielectric permittivity within hard loop approximation at one-loop. modified used to calculate in-medium heavy potential, using potential spectral functions, reflect physical quarkonia. discuss how bulk viscous effect influences quantities such as binding energies widths. Based on those properties, implications observables ψ ′ J/ψ ratio nuclear modification factor, R AA . In particular, argue that factors excited ground states show different sensitivities plasma, potentially useful for critical point search.
